Office Tech Solutions

With our business being very dependent on computers, it is very reassuring to have an honest, trustworthy source.

Kipper has assisted us for the past six years with system failures, backup systems, wireless hookups, upgrading to a server based domain and all the necessary new equipment required. He has recovered lost data when hard drives failed and is always happy to answer any questions we have.

Kipper (Office Tech Solutions) your outstanding professionalism has once again exceeded our expectations!

Being a small company we do not have a full time IT person on staff. We have always had to relay on outside help for IT. When our business shut down for three business days due to a major virus and the company we were working with said they were too busy to help us, a current employee recommended we call Kipper from Office-Tech-Solutions.

He came in on a Thursday and brought an assistant who between them worked over weekend with one of our employees and got us back up and running by Monday morning.

We have been working with Kipper ever since.

When we purchased our new servers and upgraded our computers, Office-Tech-Solutions worked with our software company to make sure we were getting the right servers, setting up our network correctly to run their software. Rebarfab sells rebar and we have an in house estimating and detailing staff that utilizes a cad detailing program. Our business relies heavily on our computers for all aspects of our business and we can not afford to be shut down. We have been very happy with Office-Tech-Solutions service.
